How a listing can appear

1. A cooperating realtor or listing agent enters the home on the local Multiple Listing Service. In the Houston area that MLS is commonly accessed through HAR (Houston Association of Realtors).
2. Once it is on the MLS, sites that read those feeds can display it. Buyers often search HAR.com, Homes.com, Redfin, Zillow, Realtor.com, and similar portals.
3. Those sites are not paid advertisements from PI Homes. This page does not buy placement, boost listings, or guarantee a ranking.
4. Until a specific home is listed, search this site for plans and email us. sofilakes.com remains the master community map.

For agents (GO-M / MLS / HAR)

• Work with your own brokerage and the MLS tools you already use. Entering a listing on HAR / the local MLS is the usual path for a home to show on the portals above.
